  • Client Portal Data: If you use our Client Portal, we store project-related information, messages, and files in our secure database (Supabase).
  • Chatbot Data: Messages, inquiries, and interactions you have with our AI assistant (ExpertBot). Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat.

  • Google Search Console: Website indexing and search performance monitoring (no personal user data collected).
  • AI Providers: To power our ExpertBot, we process your chat messages through third-party AI platforms (including Groq, Cerebras, OpenRouter, and Google Gemini). These providers only receive the text of your chat messages to generate responses.

6. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our database provider (Supabase) uses row-level security and encryption at rest.

Client portal data is retained for the duration of the project plus 24 months. Anonymous analytics data has no personal identifiers.
